Artist Bio: Jadefrolics

Jade Nellans was born on an army base in North Carolina and spent her childhood years in Atlas, Michigan. After an impassioned youth spent drawing dragons and half-naked catgirls, she attended the Savannah College of Art and Design and graduated with a degree in Illustration. Jade uses watercolors, colored pencils and digital media to create colorfully twisted illustrations. Jade’s major inspirations in life include catbutts, lobsters, and sugary cereals. She currently lives and works in Miami, Florida.
