MAQET ships all packages via USPS or FedEx. On larger purchases, FedEx is used to ensure the package is tracked and insured. Note that FedEx does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses. If your parcel is not delivered as promised, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Packages are shipped by FedEx and USPS International. Shipping costs vary depending on weight and size of order. To check shipping charges before making a purchase, add items to your cart and fill out the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” form.
Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country’s postal laws, customs regulations, taxes, and duties. MAQET will not accept returns resulting from a recipient’s refusal to pay these fees. MAQET is also not responsible for packages delayed or detained in customs.

- Contact MAQET within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS from the day you receive your MAQET.
- We'll send you a return envelope with postage.
- Return the unloved or damaged MAQET figurine.
- You will receive a replacement MAQET or a refund :)
